Chicken Orange with Basil

Easy to make and it has a fresh taste.
Prep time: 20 min - Cook time: 15 min Servings: 4
Ingredients
2 Large orange / 2 Tbsp orange marmelde
Fresh basil leaves / 1/2 teasoon dry basil
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 Tbsp salt
Black pepper crushed
2 cm Minced ginger
1/4 Cup minced bombay onion
2 Clove minced garlic
4 (1 kg) chicken breasts fillet
1/2 Teaspoon honey
Orange slices for garnish
1 Tbsp Kikoman soy sauce
100ml broth or just water
Preparation
Grate orange peel and squeeze orange into juice. Set aside.
Cut chicken into small size of +/- 2 cm
Preheat large grill pan with olive oil and start saute with the garlic then mix the onion and ginger together until fragrant.
Add chicken and pour the broth/water, cook 3 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook 3 to 4 minutes longer or until no longer pink in center.
While chicken is cooking, combine sugar, salt, freshly ground black pepper, and orange peels, orange juices/marmelade, kikoman and basil.
Mix well and turn off the stove.
Garnish with orange slices and fresh basil leaves.
Serve with steamed rice or mashed potato.
